2. Access to services and platform use
Our Services are delivered via our website and third-party platforms, including LearnWorlds and live video-conferencing tools (such as Zoom).
By enrolling in or accessing any course, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with AngloPass Ltd. LearnWorlds acts solely as a technology platform provider and is not a party to this agreement.
Access to course content is conditional on an active subscription and compliance with these Terms.
3. Subscriptions and plans
• Paid plans are offered on a monthly subscription basis.
• Subscription access continues only while payments remain active.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period, except as set out in our refund policy.
4. Free trial
• We may offer a free trial at our discretion.
• Free trials do not automatically convert to paid subscriptions.
• Payment begins only when you actively subscribe to a paid plan.
5. Payments
• Payments are processed via LearnWorlds and its connected payment providers.
• AngloPass does not store or process card details directly.
• Prices and plans may change with reasonable notice.
6. Refunds and money-back guarantee
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the start of a paid subscription.
• Refund requests must be submitted by email within 30 days.
• Refunds apply to subscription fees paid and terminate access to the Services once processed.
7. Course features and delivery
Essay marking and feedback
• Stated turnaround times (e.g. 24-hour, 48-hour, 72-hour) are targets only, not guarantees.
• Delays do not constitute breach of contract.
Live classes and recordings
• Live online classes may be recorded by default.
• Recordings are made available to enrolled learners for educational purposes only.
• We do not guarantee the availability of recordings in all circumstances.
One-to-one coaching
• Coaching time is allocated monthly.
• Unused coaching minutes expire at the end of each billing month and do not roll over.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
• Share login details or course materials with others
• Copy, distribute, or commercially exploit course content
• Disrupt live classes or platform functionality
• Use the Services unlawfully or abusively
We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
All course content, videos, materials, templates, branding, and intellectual property belong to AngloPass Ltd or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access content for personal study only. Any other use requires written permission.
10. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as written work).
By submitting content, you grant AngloPass a licence to use it for teaching, feedback, assessment, and service delivery purposes.
11. Privacy and data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
LearnWorlds processes personal data on our behalf as a data processor under its own Data Processing Agreement, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
12. Limitation of liability
• Services are provided on an “as available” basis.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding one-month period.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.
13. Third-party platforms
We are not responsible for interruptions, outages, or changes caused by third-party platforms used to deliver the Services.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
